In effort for neighbors to stay up to date with HOA issues involving board meetings and decisions impacting our community, all are invited to read the minutes from the recent July 16 HOA board meeting.
The minutes, that included details about a Watercentric presentation and discussion about the enhanced use of FSR Connect, are located in the password-protected section of our HOA website at www.kingsridgehoa.net.
Once on the home page, click on the hyperlink in the top right corner called “FirstService Residential Connect Login,” https://kingsridgehoa.connectresident.com. If you’ve not already registered for the password-protected section, you’ll be asked to do so and select a username and password.
In the password-protected section, neighbors will find HOA board meeting minutes in the Forms & Document section since we don’t publish board meeting minutes on our HOA website, HOA Facebook page or on Nextdoor.
And a gentle reminder that all neighbors are invited to attend each HOA board meeting that includes a public forum for open items neighbors wish to discuss. The next will be mid-August and an agenda will be provided about a week in advance.
