The monthly Kings Ridge HOA board of directors meeting will take place THIS Wednesday (Nov. 14) at 7 p.m. at nearby Parr Library (corner of Windhaven and Communications).
Please refer to the photo of the agenda received this morning (Nov. 13) by FirstService Residential, our property management company.
Budget issues (including a possible annual rate increase); a change in HOA board representation; HOA roles and communications between FirstService Residential/HOA board with neighbors are expected to be discussed per the agenda.
All neighbors are invited to attend and bring topics/questions to the open forum section of the open meeting. The executive session at 6:30 p.m. is not open to the public.
