Kings Ridge HOA Board 2026-2027
The Kings Ridge HOA is led by a homeowner-elected five-member board of directors. Each volunteer board member is elected to a two-year term, and the board works closely with the property management company, Real Manage, that helps neighbors to be compliant with the HOA's Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (DCCRs) established by the original developer and its developer-led board of directors.

During the May 14, 2026, annual meeting, Kings Ridge HOA neighbors re-elected two new board members, Paul Nolte and Lisa Williams and elected Dave Caffo. They join Ward Olgreen and Paul Jenkins on the board.
The two-year terms of Paul Nolte, Lisa Williams and Dave Caffo will expire on May 14, 2028. The board seat of Ward Olgreen and Paul Jenkins continue through May 14, 2027.

The homeowner board normally meets the second Wednesday of each month, with some exceptions. Board meeting agendas are sent via email to all residents who've registered their preferred email with RealManage Resident Portal using the [Request Portal Access] section of that page and are also posted on the Kings Ridge HOA Facebook page and the Kings Ridge section of the Nextdoor online community forum.
