All Kings Ridge neighbors are invited to a compressed HOA meeting on Wednesday, April 30th from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Plano’s Schimelpfenig Library, 5024 Custer (1/2 mile south of the Custer and Spring Creek Parkway intersection).
Because a quorum of board members will not be at the meeting due to travel schedules, there will be a closed to the public 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. executive session of board members and property management staff from Real Manage.
Starting at 6:30 p.m., neighbors can participate in a briefing by HOA pond vendor Lake Doctor to discuss repairs and forward looking potential projects for the north and south pond.
Following the Lake Doctor presentation, there will be time for an open session so that neighbors can discuss any topics with board members present. The meeting will end no later than 7:30 p.m.
The annual HOA meeting during which new board members will be elected takes place on Wednesday, May 14 at Davis Library, 7501-B Independence Pkwy., starting at 6 p.m. Please look for materials about the annual meeting that were hard copy mailed to all homeowners.
