All Kings Ridge homeowners are invited to participate in this week’s Homeowners Association Board of Directors meeting that will include an update on the construction of a Costco to the north of our neighborhood in The Colony.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, Feb. 12, starting at 6:30 p.m., at the headquarters of our property management firm, Real Manage, 6111 W. Plano Pkwy #1000.

Below are directions to reach the RealManage office entrance
Directions to 6111 W Plano Parkway – Suite 1000 (Side Door Entrance)
1. Traveling on Plano Parkway, approach the intersection of Plano Parkway and International Parkway.
2. At the intersection, turn onto International Parkway ( You will be at our building, do not park in the main lot alongside Plano Parkway).
3. Follow the driveway along the front of the building, keeping the building on your right-hand side.
4. Continue driving until you reach the stop sign at the corner of the building and take a right.
5. You will see the side door after turning right, with the building on your right-hand side.
6. Park in the parking spaces closest to the side door.
7. After parking, walk toward the side entrance door of the building (this entrance is not the main front entrance facing Plano Parkway).
8. Enter through the north side door entrance.
