All Neighbors Invited To Thursday, April 16 HOA Board Meeting at 6:30 p.m.

All neighbors are invited and encouraged to participate in the next quarterly board meeting of the Kings Ridge HOA on Thursday, April 16.

The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. and end by 8:30 p.m. at the nearby headquarters of our property management firm, Real Manage, at 6111 W. Plano Parkway, Ste. 1000, located about 1/2 mile south of Hobby Lobby, PetSmart and Home Depot nearest The Shops at Willow Bend.

During the last HOA board meeting, 43 people attended to hear neighbor Bill Baker discuss the plans for the Costco under construction to the north of Kings Ridge in the Town of the Colony. (See the featured photo of that HOA board meeting)
