On behalf of the Kings Ridge Board of Directors, all Kings Ridge neighbors are invited to attend the 2022 Annual Membership Meeting for the Kings Ridge Homeowners Association.
WHEN: Thursday, May 12, 2022
WHERE: Tom Muehlenbech Recreation Center – 5801 W Parker Road (just east of the DNT)
TIME: The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 PM.
An important part of the meeting will be an operational review, a review of 2022 financials and the election of two (2) Directors to the Kings Ridge Board of Directors for the two (2) year term.
If you are interested in running for a position on the Board of Directors, please submit a Board of Directors Candidate Form to property manager Cynthia Urquidez at [email protected].
Nominations must be received no later than Tuesday, April 20th to be included on the Ballot. Nominations from the floor will be considered at this meeting.
Ballot: A second notice will be mailed to all homeowners before the 26th of April. This will include the ballot for candidate voting and Proxy for the Annual Meeting. A quorum of 10% (58 homes) of the membership is required to conduct the Annual meeting.
Any member present at the meeting will constitute a quorum for the Election. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete and sign a Proxy form emailed to known resident emails.
If you need a digital form, please contact property manager Cynthia Urquidez and return the form as soon as possible.
Your presence at the meeting will automatically void any proxy of record and allow you to vote via ballot. It is encouraged that you send in your proxy regardless of your intent to attend the meeting to ensure we achieve quorum and avoid any costly expenses of conducting reconvened meetings.
