New board of directors

Kings Ridge HOA neighbors elected Paul Nolte and Lisa Williams to serve a two-year term on the board of directors during this week’s annual HOA meeting.

Prior to the meeting, Bill Baker voluntarily resigned from the board on which he had been serving as vice president. As such, Paul, Lisa and incumbent board members Jerry Hogue and Michael Sturtevant will soon invite neighbors to express their interest in serving Bill’s remaining one-year term.

An official notice about the opportunity for neighbors to fill the open board seat will be sent to all neighbors in June.

During the annual meeting, neighbors heard reports on the state of the neighborhood including finances, operations and maintenance as well as committee chair updates.

Outgoing board president Steve Jacobson (pictured below left) and Bill (pictured below middle) were thanked by neighbors (pictured below right) for their many years of dedicated service and work on behalf of all 579 households in Kings Ridge.

More than 160 of the 579 households in the three phases of Kings Ridge participated in this year’s board election either in person or via proxy, representing the highest ever voter turnout in the history of our community.
