New board of directors

Dear Neighbors,

During our 2024 Kings Ridge HOA annual meeting in May, two board seats were filled by votes from the community and one board member voluntarily resigned from the board prior to the meeting.

Per HOA bylaws, our four-member board now seeks to fill the open board seat with a member of the community and we invite you to express your interest in serving the remaining one-year term. The fifth board member selected by the board will serve as Member At Large.

More than 160 of the 579 households in the three phases of Kings Ridge participated in this year’s board election either in person or via proxy, representing the highest ever voter turnout in the history of our community. That turnout reflects a strong interest from neighbors in the operations and management of our award winning neighborhood.

If you wish to be considered for the open board seat, please complete the board of directors candidacy form and send it to our property manager, David Baer, [email protected] before end of day Wednesday, June 19.

The board of directors will review all expressions of interest, and per our HOA bylaws, make a selection later this month that does not require a vote from the community.
