HOA Board

Dear Kings Ridge HOA Member,

As we approach the upcoming Homeowners Association (HOA) election at the annual meeting on Thursday, May 14, we are reaching out to all residents who are interested in contributing to the continued growth and success of our community. The HOA board plays a vital role in decision-making, managing community policies, and enhancing the quality of life for all residents.

We are currently seeking candidates to serve on the Kings Ridge HOA Board of Directors. Serving on the board is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on the future of our neighborhood. If you are passionate about making positive changes and ensuring our community remains a wonderful place to live, we encourage you to consider running for a position.

We have three (3) Open Positions available for two (2) year terms.

Lisa and Paul Nolte can run for re-election if they wish. The fifth, currently unfilled board seat, is open to any neighbor who wants to serve and receives enough votes to be elected to the board as one of the three board members who will start their two-year terms on May 14 after the elections.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be willing to attend regular board meetings typically held
  • A desire to contribute to the improvement of the community and work collaboratively with fellow board
