All neighbors are encouraged to participate in the Kings Ridge Homeowners Association annual meeting on Thursday, May 14, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the nearby headquarters of our property management firm, Real Manage. Real Manage is located at 6111 W. Plano Parkway, Suite 1000, in a white building located about ¼ of a mile WEST of the Dallas North Tollway.
An important part of the annual meeting will be an overall operational review, a review of 2025 HOA financials, committee reports and the election of three (3) Directors with a two-year term to the Kings Ridge Homeowners Association Board of Directors. Nominations will be accepted from the floor at the meeting.
If you attend in person, please bring your signed proxy that was mailed to your home last month to vote. If you are unable to attend, it’s very important to be represented with a proxy, so please complete your proxy, scan it and send to our Real Manage property manager Cynthia Urquidez at kinridge@ciramail.com and give to a neighbor you know is attending the annual meeting.
During the annual meeting, a raffle will take place. One lucky neighbor will receive four complimentary tickets to the Texas Rangers vs. Houston Astros game at Globe Life Field on Saturday, July 11 at 3:05 p.m. In addition, four lucky neighbors will receive a $50 gift card courtesy our property management firm, Real Manage. Light finger food and drinks will be available to all who attend the annual meeting.
If you are passionate about making positive changes and ensuring our community remains a wonderful place to live, we encourage you to consider running for one of the three open board seats.
Those who wish to be considered for one of the three open board seats must be willing to attend regular board meetings typically held every three months. They should also have a desire to contribute to the improvement of the community and work collaboratively with fellow board members.
