Thank you to all the Kings Ridge neighbors who attended the May 14 annual HOA meeting or submitted their proxy to vote for board members during the assembly.
With an official quorum present based on the number of proxies submitted by neighbors in person or via an attending neighbor, Kings Ridge elected three individuals to the 2026-2028 board of directors.
Both Paul Nolte and Lisa Williams were re-elected to the board and will serve a two-year term. In addition, Dave Caffo, who has lived in Kings Ridge since 2002, was elected to the board for a two-year term. Ward Olgreen and Paul Jenkins remain on the board and are completing one more year on the board of directors. The five individuals will meet to determine which roles they will fulfill for the next 12 months (president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, member at large)

During the annual meeting, an overall operational review and financial report were provided. Those reports are accessible on the password protected section of the Kings Ridge website. You can log into the portal here: https://resident.ciranet.com/.
Volunteers Invited To Serve On Committees
Also during the annual meeting, committee reports from committee chairs were provided and all neighbors are invited and encouraged to participate in any of the committees including landscaping, safety, social, communications and welcome.
