All Kings Ridge neighbors are encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting for the Kings Ridge Homeowners Association on Wednesday, May 14 at Davis Library, 7501-B Independence Pkwy., starting at 6 p.m.
An important part of the meeting will be an operational review, a review of 2024 financials, 2025 budget, and the election of three (3) Directors to the Kings Ridge Homeowners Association Board of Directors. The terms are for two (2) years each. Our property management firm, Real Manage, has received nominations from two members noted on a proxy hard copy mailed to all neighbors. Additionally, nominees will be taken from the floor at the meeting.

A quorum of 10% (58 homes) of the membership is required to conduct the Annual meeting. Any member present at the meeting will constitute a quorum for the Election. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete and sign a Proxy and return it to Real Manage as soon as possible. Your presence at the meeting will automatically void any proxy of record and allow you to vote via ballot.
All neighbors are encouraged to send in your proxy regardless of your intent to attend the meeting to ensure we achieve a quorum and avoid the costly expense of conducting reconvened meetings.
